This project will be LEED certified.

In addition, the District has entered into a Project Labor Agreement that is applicable to this project. You will need to comply with this and prevailing wage rates. Read the bid documents for further details or contact our office for assistance. If you are submitting a proposal/bid for this project then your firm is accepting all terms and conditions of the bid documents and that you can comply with them.

If your firm can provide a performance and completion bond, then provide an alternate price for the cost of the bond.
